Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Immigration, Hon. E. P. Chet Greene, has been awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Practice by the American International University-Bangladesh.
The honour was presented to Minister Greene on the sidelines of the AI for Developing Countries Forum (AIFOD), held at the United Nations in Geneva from August 12 to 14, 2026.
The recognition highlights Greene’s contribution to public service, international diplomacy and development, particularly in areas relevant to the advancement of developing countries.
The award adds to the Minister’s growing international recognition as he continues to represent Antigua and Barbuda on the global stage.
The conferment of an Honorary Professorship of Practice is particularly significant as it recognises professional achievement, leadership and the practical application of knowledge beyond the traditional academic setting.
