The Antigua & Barbuda Falcons won their maiden Caribbean Premier League title with an emphatic eight-wicket victory over the Jamaica Kingsmen in the final at Kensington Oval, Barbados.
The Kingsmen posted 170, setting the Falcons a target of 171. Antigua & Barbuda chased it down in just 16.4 overs, reaching 173 for two with 20 balls to spare.
Amir Jangoo led the successful pursuit with a composed half-century, while Maaz Sadaqat also made a major impact with a brilliant 114 during the tournament. Earlier, Sufyan Moqim starred with the ball, taking four wickets for just 14 runs in his four-over spell.
